This is a portable climate-controlled restroom set up with air conditioning and heat throughout the facility. 

• 8 Station Climate-controlled portable restroom 
• 4 Stations Women’s, 4 Stations Men’s
• Fresh water tanks
• Handwash stations
• Fully air conditioned, heated and vented

There are 2 full restrooms with a toilet, sink, and shower. Each room is piped and wired separately for easier maintenance. If there is low water pressure or low voltage, one of the 2 rooms can be used.

• All plumbing is accessible and serviceable.
• A 220 volt 60 amp service is required to power both bathrooms in the unit.
• A potable water supply is needed.
• There is a 4” screwed nipple for discharge. You can adapt to meet your needs. • Shipping container unit can be setup permanently or used as a temporary unit.
• Sewage can be discharged into an existing sewer or a holding tank.
• Shipping container unit comes with a sleeve for an A/C unit in both rooms
